Gazillionaire Richard Branson's home was completely destroyed by fire started by a lightning strike.
Branson was staying with wife Joan and son Sam in one of the five smaller Balinese-style villas on his famous $70 million vacation property on Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands when a fire broke out around 4:00 a.m. Monday in the compound's "Great House."

Richard is a great entrepreneur and risk taker,so this was probably a thrill of sorts.Well he won't get an sympathy from the rest of the world,he'll live and re build.I'm glad no was was hurt or killed

He gets sympathy from me, I'm not mad at him for being successful.

I feel bad. No one wants to see anyone's house destroyed by fire.

I heard that Kate Winslet saved Branson's mother...
