J Edgar Hoover - What Parts of History Were Left Out

It is said that the movie attempted to keep the events of J. Edgar Hoover respectful and I admire that but question what bits of history were left out that are pertinent to us today?

I am dismayed that the exile of Chaplin has never really been highlighted. We, the American people, need to know these facts in order to participate in government and send a message of what the democracy wants.

Please no democracy comments here - just historical facts that we must remember in order to not repeat.

Did you know Chaplin was exiled? Who do you blame for the exile of Charlie Chaplin?

Well to be fair, biographical films aren't going to be a 100 percent accurate most of the time, and a lot of times there's only so much content you can put into a film due to time constraints.
