Well, the 18 wheeler would have to have slammed on their brakes in order for her to hit the back end of the truck. Not to mention, she probably wasn't driving the speed limit or under either. The truck driver probably wasn't either, so if they did slam on their brakes, then I can understand why she would hit it.
I think she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. So, pure accident. If she was traveling too fast or was too close to an 18 wheeler, and had to stop quickly, then it's her fault, at least if no alcohol or drugs were involved. It would be good.
I've driven all over the country, and LA was one of the scariest for me. If you guys have never driven there, let me clue you in. Cars travel at like 70 or 80 mph with (and I kid you not) with maybe six to 12 inches between the car in front of you and the car in back of you. Sneeze the wrong way and you're headed for a wreck.

Okay, that article is a he said, she said. So far, there's nothing other than a bribe being offered to keep it quiet. Her trying to flee the scene? Who knows. I could understand not wanting the media attention considering she already gets too much negative media as it is.
This isn't over yet and you shouldn't be conceding anything yet. But, I appreciate the comment.
I have faith in humanity. Sooner or later, everyone reaches a new point of awareness, which they draw knowledge from and if it's discerned properly then they will gain the wisdom needed to change. After that, change will come easier.
I've had CNN on for an hour this morning. In that time they've spent Her jail sentence is 90 days, but predictions are she will serve only 23 of those days. Then she still has 90 days of "program" (aka rehab)....
Does anyone remember the movies 'Loose Screws' or 'Summer Job'? I used to sneak downstairs at night when my mom was asleep and watch these movies as a kid during the 80s. By today's standards they are probably tamed,...
