In batman begins alfred complains about the graphite used in the manufacuring of the bat cowl mask helmet thing and that oerhaps they will get it right in the next batch..ie the cowl is so brittle it breaks,,and yet in dark knight bruce takes off the mask amd it clearly not brittle -rather rubbery in fact..

Cool movie trivia. I love it even though I am not very good at movie trivia. I never remember the specifics.

anonymous 7 years ago

Overall good trivia, but what i dislike about this and many many, almost all other trivias is that its less about the movies but who starred in them. Just saying i would have preferred movie trivia then actor trivia, but this one acually kept a preety even balance. Good Job :D

TriviaChamp profile image

TriviaChamp 6 years ago Author

@hlkljgk: Once upon a time Squidoo used to allow flash objects to be embedded within your lenses. The flash trivia games available on this lens were active right within the lens during this time period.

Once the embed feature was taken away, I purchased a site and started hosting the trivia games on it with click-able picture links placed on the lens.

This was done way before the quiz module was available and with all the work that was entailed to create the flash quizzes, I think I am going to leave it that way.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

One of my favorite things to do is watch for the mistakes in movies. I enjoy them the first time as it is meant to be seen, then I have fun with them and watch for the stuff that went wrong. It's also a great way to help kids understand how unreal movies are.

I'm a Western movie fan, and noticed something tonight while watching the 1959 film Rio Bravo w/ John Wayne, Dean Martin, Ricky Nelson and Walter Pigeon. I noticed John Wayne carrying what I believe to be a Winchester 73, with an extended lever loop. Chuck Connors in the Rifleman series also carried a Winchester 73 with an extended lever loop. Does anyone know perchance if it was the same rifle used in both shows?

My mom's favorite movie trivia joke:

Q: In the movie "North to Alaska," what two French things did John Wayne lose?

A: His toupee and his chapeau!

(In the big mud fight scene, watch carefully. John Wayne *briefly* loses his hat and his hairpiece! *grin*)

Fun movie trivia, I added this to my Movie Riddles lens which has the clues to a number of movies written in rhyme. Nicely done, blessed.

Alas, I haven't seen enough movies to know the answers to even most of the trivia! Still, an interesting lens, and I'm sure trivia fans will be simply drooling.

Another really well done lens and I love the way that your site is set up. I still can't believe that Toto got paid more and some of the other things like the cars going backwards in Carrie, I will have to have a look at.

I enjoyed your lens. Not only was Midnight Cowboy the first non-pornographic move to receive an "X" rating, it was also the only X-rated film to win the Oscar for Best Picture.

I actually have a question. What is the name of the movie where the main character went into the hospital for a routine surgery, but his friends told him about hospital-acquired infections (nosocomial) and he wouldn't wake up after the surgery because he'd been so afraid of these infections. In his comatose state he dreamed the hospital was full of scarythings and he eventaully died as a result of this fear?
