1. Think about the different viewpoint that might have related to the positive spots and weak points of the child. It is something useful when it is concern about mistakes when trying to find these characteristics. What you perceive with a strong or weak point may not seem the same to her. And be careful not to label it based on a particular trait. Ask her regarding how you think with regards to a particular difficulty to understand how she perceives herself.


2. Find out and observe how your child act in various environments to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Experts suggests to pay attention to what exactly of skills that are easy for her, as she has fun activities in environments which she appears to have improvement or results in difficult and dislike to that activity. Help them assess the difficulties as learning tools about themselves,by making choices and interest that may affects their decisions for their lives and always acknowledge progress. Observe how they relate to their own strengths and weaknesses and discuss how she can make much better by giving her motivation and positive comments. Help your children find opportunities in the challenges of having strengths and weaknesses.

4.Learn from the observations and help the children learn about their strengths and weaknesses. Share tips and learning styles so that they can acquire knowledge through their experiences. Some children learn best by listening, watching or working with their hands. Use whichever is absorbed to help them transform weaknesses into virtues, and to use the latter in his favor - child working well in groups may want to lead such activities or organize social gatherings, and one that seems shy, can gradually speak in front of other peoples to gain confidence.
