A Hope Chest for My Daughter includes a Letter with words of Wisdom
A Gift for My Daughter
Wisdom Found in a Hope Chest
If I made a "hope chest" for my daughter I would give her these words of wisdom in her notebook.
First I would say, I am so very proud of her. . She embraces life with such wisdom.
My love for her as grown each year as I see her life unfold daily.
She teaches her children wisdom and provides a great foundation for them.
I'm proud to be her mom.
Secondly, I would say to her, never give up dreaming.
Anything is possible.
A Letter to My Daughter
In life, set your goals high and keep reaching for the stars. I believe in You.
To achieve the impossible, one must believe it is possible.
I would want my daughter to know how much God loves her.
My letter to my daughter would read:
That no matter what happens in this life, God isn't finished with you yet. He created you with a sense of purpose. He formed you and knew you before you were born.
God has BIG PLANS for your life. Keep on praying, reading, and following Him. His truth will guide you during your darkest of storms. His word is unfailing and His love never walks away.
In life you will face disappointments and heartache, it is certain, but don't ever give up.
You are a treasure in this world and I want you to know how much your Dad and I love you.
In this treasure chest of hope, my wish for you is to live a good life. A strong life in the midst of challenges.
Choose your friends wisely and love your fellow man. Help out those less fortunate in any way you can.
Most of all, love yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself if you make a mistake. Learn from it, grow from it.
Life has a way of teaching you valuable lessons. Just keep going forward and press on.
My dearest daughter, I love you very much,
