Baby Deal of the Day Sites
What are deal of the day sites?
So most of you have probably heard about Groupon and Living Social. If you haven't, then read on because you're missing out! These websites have daily deals that are hugely discounted sometimes up to 90% off. They email you deals from businesses around the local area. I've already purchased a photography session from Groupon for $65 with a well known photographer just 20 minutes away from me. His package usually runs over $300. With Living Social, I bought a gallery wrapped canvas for 65% off from a reputable company.
These websites have become so popular that more companies are mimicking their idea. There are baby deal of the day sites with some pretty impressive brand name items for a fraction of the cost. If you're a mom, then you know how expensive kid's clothing, shoes, and toys can get. But honestly as a mom of two girls, I can't help but splurge here and there for cute dresses and shoes. I rationalize that if I buy something for my oldest daughter, then my second daughter will eventually wear it as well. Shhh...don't tell my husband this!
My Top Three Baby Deal of the Day Sites
- The Mini Social: Two moms who are friends started this website. Daily deals will last typically up to 72 hours. Every weekday they launch new sales on high quality kids' items. Some of the brand names I've seen are Maclaren, Crocs, Phil & Teds, etc. I purchased a pair of Crocs for both of my daughters, and the total came out to $24 which is the retail price of one.
- BabySteals: They feature two steals a day - one at 9am MDT and one at 9pm MDT. They will keep these items on their website until they sell out. Some hot items they've featured were aden + anais and ERGObaby. I was able to score the ERGObaby Sport for only $65 (retails for $115)! If you're a mom who knows about ERGO baby carriers, then you know that's a STEAL. I don't think I can live without my ERGO!
- Zulily: This baby deal website features deals for the baby and mom. They'll sell anything from baby gear like strollers and camelbaks to maternity clothing and rain boots for kids. Some of the favorite brands I've seen are Melissa and Doug toys, Hello Kitty, and bon bebe. They've been featured on USA Today and Forbes.
Lastly, Rue La La recently launched Little Rue which is for baby/kids items. They will feature their items every Tuesday on Rue La La's site. I've seen designer name brands like Prada footwear for kids. If you've got the money to spend, Rue La La carries top brands for women like Chanel, Chloe, Bottega Veneta...drool!
And the deal sites keep coming...

A majority of Korean restaurants use the wireless call bell system. On each table, you will find a small button to press if you need your waiter's assistance. It's a great idea for restaurants to provide quick service.
Korean spas are unlike any experience. The most popular treatment at a Korean spa is their scrub. The whole process before and after the scrub is one that will leave you wanting to come back.
