Dr. Brown's Baby Bottles, Review

Dr. Brown's Baby Bottles

I can't tell you how many different brands of bottles I went through till I found one that worked great. I tried almost all of them. I thought I was going to go crazy with all the problems that I was having. While at lunch with some co-workers, one of the co-workers started talking about Dr. Brown's baby bottles. She said she had tried quite a few but ended up using Dr. Brown's baby bottles. So I decided to try them.

Dr. Brown's Baby Bottles Review

I noticed a change immediately in my son. With the other bottles, he would have to burp after about 2 oz of formula. When I tried to burp him with the Dr. Brown's bottles, he hardly ever burped. He never cried because of gas. My mylicon went to waste and I ended up throwing it in the trash. I seemed more comfortable when eating with the bottles. This became very important to me.

The cleaning process seemed to be a problem in some of the reviews. However, I can say that we had a dishwasher, and using the dishwasher racks that they have, I never had a problem cleaning the bottles. Right after my daughter was born, we moved to a house that doesn't have a dishwasher, and using their sterilizer, that hasn't been a problem cleaning them either. It may take an extra minute to clean but it is well worth it since both of my children had/have barely any colic and rarely had/have gas.

Leaking seemed to be brought up in some of the reviews as well. However, I noticed that the bottles rarely leaked if the pieces were put together correctly. In fact they leaked less than most of the other brands that I had tried.

The best part of the bottles? They created a BPA free line. These bottles are great.

Overall review: These are great bottles. I have tried and tested and completely approve!
