How To Be A Hot Mom

We've all seen them, the woman who have children and let themselves go. Whether it be the 30lbs of extra weight they're carrying around, or the maternity pants they're still wearing far after pregnancy, its just not pretty. Just because you've had children doesn't mean you have to let go of your youth, and looks. This is a detailed guide of do's and don'ts to assist you in being a hot mom.

How To Be A Hot Mom

1. Get Up & Do Something

Whether you're exercising with your child, or without, you've got to do something! You can't go through 9 months of weight gain, and expect it to just fall off. This doesn't mean you should take on a rigorous exercise regime (especially if you're breast feeding) it just means that you've got to keep your muscles working. Try going out for a walk, or simply carrying around your child. You'd be surprised by just how many calories you'll burn using that little one as a free weight.

2. Wear appropriate Clothing

Just because your body has been through hell and back doesn't mean that you can't find clothes that look attractive on you. Sure, you may have some extra baggage attached to you, but that doesn't mean there isn't something out there for you. You may not be able to squeeze into the things you did before the baby, and honestly you shouldn't try. Find clothing that looks good on you, and wear it! Dark colors are always a plus, and if you're really feeling down buy yourself a set of spanks. You may also want to consider a abdominal binder. Not only will it allow you to feel better about your stomach, but many people also believe it does a great job at shrinking the area permanently.

3. Take Time to Be Your Old Self

Just because you have a child, it doesn't mean you can't go out and do some of the same things that you did before. Of course these things need to be done in moderation, but you need to enjoy yourself every now and then. There is a lot of stress associated with children, make sure you're letting yourself have a break every now and then. Whether its going out and having a drink with a couple of friends, or just getting away on your own. In order to claim the status of milf, you've got to have a good head on your shoulders as well. Meaning, a clear and not completely worn out head! Energy is key. Utilize people such as your parents and your child's aunts and uncles. Take a few hours to yourself.

5. Pamper Yourself a little

Whether you've been dying to get a pedi, or simply want to just take a bubble bath. Find small ways to pamper yourself. Take time at least once a week to exfoliate your dead skin, put on some sexy perfume, apply a light moisturizer, and just embrace being a woman. You'll be surprised by just how much better it makes you feel. If you feel sexy, you'll give off that sexy appeal to everyone around you. So take time to do something for your physical appearance, when ever you can. You'll thank yourself for it.

6. Don't overdo it

Everyone has seen that woman carrying around her child, who just appears as though shes over doing it. Remember, you had a baby, its time to be respectable. Of course there is a time and a place for everything, but you've got an impression to make now. Please set down the scandalous clothing, and at least attempt to look like a member of society. This look isn't cute on anyone, especially not a mom. You're more than capable of being sexy and attractive without looking like a hooker. Do your child a favor, and respect yoself!

So, there's the break down. How To Be A Hot Mom. Pretty simple, right? You've had a child, but don't let yourself go. Keep up with yourself mentally, and physically. If you follow these simple guidelines, you're on your way to being a hot mom in no time :)
