Not So Lazy Days: Sometimes plans fail and make way for parties?
Because of unforeseen circumstances, what I had planned to do with the kids today did not happen. But, that does not mean we did nothing...
The kids loved the playground at Fullerton so much, they wanted to make a return visit. One of the times they asked, it just happened to be sunny out again, so we went. Coincidentally, two families with friends the boys' ages were also there at the same time, making the trip even more special.
Tomorrow, the oldest child has a party to attend. Then, at good moment of the day -- while we were at the park, actually -- the entire family was invited to a party taking place after the first party is completed.
So, it appears even though our plans for today turned into a repeat, we will end up having a packed day of summer parties tomorrow.
