Storage for Webkinz and Stuffed Animals

Updated on March 13, 2010

What to do with all of those Stuffed Animals

If you are like most then you are overloaded with Stuffed Animals in your home. I am included and my daughter has bins all over filled with them. I recently found some solutions in my research for how I can deal with the mess and have them displayed for her to see and easy access to them when she wants to play.

I have a few solutions and some great products I have found to help organize and store your Stuffed Animals, Webkinz™ and more. I hope this will help other parents out there in the same situation.

If you are looking to donate some of those stuffed animals then stop by my Blog Page on how you can do that here: How to donate your Stuffed Animals

The Zoo by Little Zoo Keepers

The Zoo

This option is my very favorite and mine is on the way to my home as we speak. It is called The Zoo by The Zoo Keepers. What I love about this so much is the space saving design and how many Stuffed Animals it can hold. I also love the fact that you can paint it or stain it to match your room. I was so excited about this when I found it I immediately called my sister-in-law and she ordered one too. I will update this Hub with my own photos when I get it. I also ordered mine with a blank face plate instead of the engraving of "The Zoo" which you can do also. You can visit their website to see their Gallery of photos or to order one for yourself: Click Here to get more details Here are some of the Other Features it has:

  • Takes under 2 square feet of floor space.
  • 90 or so mediums stuffed animals can have a place to call "home".
  • Your Webkinz™ Collection will also fit in THE ZOO.
  • Safe, flexible bars even allow tots to move animals in and out easily.
  • Easy assembly using just a screwdriver with clear color photo instructions.
  • Simple method of attaching to the wall to prevent tipping.
  • Made from tough multi-ply plywood that even the toughest kid cannot break.
  • Have fun painting THE ZOO or just leave it as it is.

My Daughter's Stuffed Animals BEFORE

My Daughter's Stuffed Animals AFTER

My Zoo and My Photos

So I got The Zoo myself and have to share how great it really is. You can se in the Before and After photos how nice it cleaned up all of the bins and piles of Stuffed Animals in my daughter's room. I am telling you parents this was worth every penny. Not only does it look great, but it holds a lot - believe me I have the photos to prove it.

When I ordered mine I chose to have a blank plate on the front without the words The Zoo which is an option. I did that because I knew my daughter would have this for years to come in her room - she is now 8 years old. I also stained mine with a Cherry Stain - you can also paint it to match any décor.

This was the best purchase I have made in a long time and I know parents will thank me for sharing.

My Nieces Zoo

More photos of The Zoo

So my sister in law finally put up my Nieces Zoo and I wanted share her photo. She absolutely loves it and like me she thinks it was one of the best purchases she has made.

I am telling you parents - this is the ultimate in Stuffed Animal Storage - takes up hardly any room and the kids love the easy access they have to their stuffed plush friends.

Animal Bags by Boon Inc.

Animal Bags

This is a very cool storage option for children and it comes in various shapes and colors. They are called Animal Bags by Boon Inc. It is like a bean bag in a way, but instead of beans it is your Stuffed Animals stuffed inside. There are transparent windows that zipper up and the kids can see inside and have easy access to their stuffed friends when they want to play.

So now your pile of Stuffed Animals has become not such a mess, but a comfy seat for the little ones - how cool is that?

Jackpopz - The Grandy

Jackpopz Storage and Carriers

Jackpopz™ are also a great option for storing and showing off you smaller plush like Webkinz™. Jackpopz™ come in many styles of Carriers, Backpacks, Pillowcases to The Grandy Storage you see in the photo above.

What is cool about Jackpopz™ are the little holes so that your Plush or Webkinz can peek their little heads out on display for your to see. So it is a great way to show off your collection. They also come in great bright colors and there is something for everyone.

They also make great gifts for the kids as well.

Stuffed Animal Tree

The Stuffed Animal Tree

Yet another cool way to organize your Stuffed Animals is The Stuffed Animal Tree. I actually use these for my Craft Shows for my stuffable plush to have on display.

This will hold about 42 Stuffed Animals. They are held on by Elastic Bands secured around a center pole It looks pretty cool when all filled up too.

My Daughter's Webkinz Storage

Great Storage for Webkinz

This is how I store my daughter's Webkinz™ Collection. I bought a canvas over the door shoe holder and attached it to her wall. The pockets are perfect to fit the Webkinz™ or any smaller size plush animals.

You can even take Fabric Markers and write the name of each Webkinz™ or Plush Friend on the pocket that way you know who belongs there and who is missing.

This is great for both Boys and Girls to use and they come in many colors and design choices to match any décor.
