I worked in a sleep research center for 5 years. One of the top centers in the world. I would recommend that you consult with a pediatric sleep center first then determine if your child should have a sleep study to find out why she is having so many disruptions in her sleep.
Do you have an animal that perhaps is waking her up? Many times if a parent allows a child to sleep with a pet it causes fragmented sleep.
Researchers are finding out that sleep deprivation can cause problematic behavior in young children that have fragmented sleep.
