Do you think parents really are aware of what their kids look at on the internet?

Hell, NO. You can have family filters, check the browsing history, or literally sit behind their back and watch the surf.. There is always a way out.. Internet is everywhere (not only at home, I mean), kids have friends and they talk a lot. For a topic as hot as this, tips n tricks will always be shared - for good or bad.

If parents want their kid to browse safely, probably they should work on the kid's attitude, show them the fun in gaining knowledge, and introduce them to the widespread platforms for acquiring knowledge, not only on the internet. Remember, a kid who seems to know everything and talks about it would be a hero among other kids. And any kid would probably want to be a hero rather than looking for guilty fun.

May be some are aware but the maximum number of parents are not very concerned. I feel, parents must give liberty to their kids but definitely with some control over it.

No, there is no way parents can keep track of kids one hundred percent of the time.  Kids are curious and will investigate whatever perks their interest.

Im sorry to say this but I personaly have to say no. As a child I was smart and knew all to well how to get around "child blocks".

No! Absolutely not, even from my own personal experience of how easy it is to get around Child-Blockers, to experience with the youngin's in the net and how they 'contribute' to the internet... I think a lot of parents would be appauled. Great question though - parents do need to give their children some liberty... but there does need to be a point of control because it is too easy for this liberty to infringe on other people, as I'm sure I don't need to explain any further.
