Internet is everywhere (not only at home, I mean), kids have friends and they talk a lot. For a topic as hot as this, tips n tricks will always be shared - for good or bad.
If parents want their kid to browse safely, probably they should work on the kid's attitude, show them the fun in gaining knowledge, and introduce them to the widespread platforms for acquiring knowledge, not only on the internet. Remember, a kid who seems to know everything and talks about it would be a hero among other kids. And any kid would probably want to be a hero rather than looking for guilty fun.
