As a parent, I fear the tme when my child will be exposed to graphic images passing as art. Moreover, many TV shows often depict sensual and often explicit scenes. I just don't know where to draw the line between art and pornography.
Not sure a line can be drawn. Tastes in art can be far ranging. Where a line can be drawn is in who can see it. Access to different art can be restricted by age.
Since no one is required or compelled to view what they consider (or might consider) objectionable, no designation is necessary. Limiting exposure to children can, and should, be reasonably accomplished.
