Should the punishment of young children include spanking?


In new study published in Pediatrics, researchers provide the strongest evidence yet that spanking remained a strong prediction of violent behaviour. Pediatrics recommend instead of spanking: time-outs, which typically involve denying the child any interraction, positive or negative for a specified period of time.
