I have a large family (myself, husband & 4 girls aged 12, 9, 18 mths and 9 wks) and I am very consious of budgeting within the household so that none of my children "go without" and I thought this would be a great place for everyone to share their tips and tricks on budgeting.
One thing that I do on a regular basis is buy meat and veg from the reduced section and then freeze it as this saves me a fortune, I also plan my meals for the family and try to make meals from scratch providing I have the time!
I would be really interested to hear what you all do too
