At 6:00 Am this morning CA time, my Papa finally took his last breath and has passed on to go home to God. Thank you all for your sweet words and supporting me and my family through this hard time. His suffering is thankfully over!

I find it interesting that you got 'time will heal the pain', from what I said. How ever, true that may be, it's not what I meant.

Soon will begin - the - time to heal - and - you will. It meant right now you're grieving, when you are done with your grief, then the time for healing will begin.

The healing process can not happen, while you are grieving. big_smile

For anyone who has seen someone they love suffer, it is a blessing for that to end but the folks left behind sure struggle with it.  Heartfelt sympathy for your loss - may his memory fill you with peace since he suffers no more and over time bring you only gladness when you reflect on his life and times.  It is a gift the time that we get to share but it seems it all goes by too quickly.  Take care.
