Depending on your needs there is a nice cheap alternative that we used to move to California. They deliver an empty trailer to your house and you load it secure a bulk head when done. This way you are only charged for the linear feet you need. They then will drop off trailer to your destination and you have a couple of days to unload it then they pick it up and your done. Here is the website: http://www.upack.com/
This is actual the cheapest alternative that we could find at the time but requires your labor. All depends if you are paying or your company is paying for the move.
Good Luck moving is hard work and no fun until everything is unloaded and unpacked, GL Bell
