Important advice.

The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul.

The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The commandments of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are clear, giving insight for living. Reverence for the Lord is pure, lasting forever. The laws of the Lord are true; each one is fair. They are more desirable than gold, even the finest gold. They are sweeter than honey, even honey dripping from the comb. They are a warning to your servant, a great reward for those who obey them. Psalms 19: 7-11

This is important for parents to understand.

I know we live in a busy world. But, who makes it that way? People even forty years ago were not as busy as we are today.

Now, as parents it is important that you set time aside each and every day to sit down and read the Bible with your children. Talk about the applications it reveals to you in how to live a Godly life day by day.

Keep a journal. Write down what has happened to you and how it relates to what you have learned in scripture. You might be surprised at what it teaches you as well. And, you will be raising Godly Children, double bonus huh?

Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.
Proverbs 22:6, New International Version

Prayer: Please Jehovah Jireh ( God our provider) please instill in me time to allocate with my family and myself time each day to enjoy the feast You so graciously freely dispense in Your wise word the Bible. As we digest these words of knowledge please have the greatest guidance councilor, the Holy Spirit bless us with opening our eyes to its precious meaning and incorporate it into our lives. In the name of our wonderful teacher Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

May the sweet sunshine of Jesus’ love bless you today and every day
