"Steak,Broccoli,Cheese and Potatoe soup"


1 pd. sirlion or London broil steak cubed

4 can beef broth

4 medium white or red potatoes diced

2 cups broccoli florets

1/2 cup onions diced

1 garlic clove crushed

1 cup grated provolone cheese

1 can milk1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp blk.pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp oinon powder

2 tbs. butter

2 Tbs. corn starch

1/2 cup water

Directions to prepare:

Put butter in large pot, let heat and add: meat ,blk. pepper, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, diced potatoes, garlic and cook until meat is done. Add broth, milk. stirring ingredients let cook for about 20 minutes. then add corn starch to 1/2 cup water and stir unitl smooth. add to pot continously stirringto keep from lumping up.

Add: Cheese and broccoli stirring and cook for 15 more minutes. turn off fire. grab yourself a bowl, get some crackers and get ready to pig out.
