34.) Bitter Silence

Ingredients:

  • 1 Part Gin
  • 8-10 Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 Part Campari Simple Syrup (2 parts Campari, 1 1/2 parts sugar, 1/2 part water)
  • 1/2 Part Green Chartreuse Liqueur
  • 3/4 Part Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 Part Aperol
  • Club Soda
  • Mint Sprig and Crystallized Grapefruit Peel (for garnish)

Directions:

Muddle mint leaves and Campari simple syrup.  Add gin, Green Chartreuse, Campano Antica, Aperol and ice.  Shake ingredients.  Pour over fresh ice.  Top with club soda and a spray of Green Chartreuse.  Garnish with mint sprig and crystallized grapefruit peel.

35.) Naturally Sapphire

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 Parts Bombay Sapphire
  • 10 Stevia Leaves
  • 10 Terragon Leaves
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Parts Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Part Lemon Juice
  • 1 Spritz of Tarragon-Infused Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • Slice of Orange (for garnish)

Directions:

Muddle leaves in a shaker.  Add egg white, orange juice, lemon juice, gin, and shake.  Double-strain into a bar glass.  Spritz with tarragon-infused Bombay Sapphire Gin.  Garnish with a slice or orange.

36.) Darling Dash

Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts Gin
  • 6-8 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Brown Sugar Cube
  • 1 Part Lime Juice
  • 3/4 Part Honey Syrup (3:1 honey to water, dissolved over heat)
  • 6-10 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • Mint (for garnish)

Directions:

Muddle ingredients in a shaker and dry shake.  Pour into a rocks glass.  Fill glass with crushed ice to create a "snow-cone" effect.  Dash Angostura bitters on top.  Garnish with mint.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Part Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 1 Part St-German Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 Part Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Part Simple Syrup
  • Lemon Twist (for garnish)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a martini cocktail glass.  Garnish with a twist of lemon.

38.) Other Wonders

Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts Gin
  • 1/2 Part Licor 43
  • 1/2 Part Cocchi Aperitivo Americano
  • 1/2 Part Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes Scappy's Orange Bitters
  • Grapefruit Peel (for garnish)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.  Shake and strain into a martini cocktail glass.  Garnish with grapefruit peel.

39.) Lavender Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts Gin
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3/4 Part Cointreau
  • 1/2 Part Sour Mix
  • 1 Part Fresh Hand-Squeezed Meyer Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Part Homemade Lavender Simple Syrup
  • Fresh Lavender Leaves
  • 1/4 Part Cream
  • Top With Club Soda
  • Meyer Lemon Zest (for garnish)

Directions:

Dry-shake egg white for at least 30 seconds.  Add ice and remaining ingredients, except the club soda and lemon zest.  Shake vigorously.  Double-strain into a glass.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with Meyer lemon zest.

40.) The Turf and the Ring

Ingredients:

  • 1 Part Gin
  • 1/2 Part Falernum
  • 1 Handful of Texas Tarragon (or Mexican Mint Marigold)
  • 1 Part Strega Liqueur
  • 3/4 Part Lime Juice
  • 3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Sprig of Tarragon (for garnish)

Directions:

Combine falernum and tarragon; lightly muddle in a Collins glass.  Add Strega liqueur, lime juice, gin, and crushed ice to the glass.  Sqizzle with a barspoon until well chilled.  Top with Peychaud's bitters and a sprig of tarragon.

41.) Empire Burlesque

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Parts Gin
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry
  • 1/2 Part Aperol
  • 1/2 Part Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 Part Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Directions:

Muddle the cherry in a cocktail glass.  Combine all other ingredients; add ice and shake.  Strain into the cocktail glass.

42.) Hacienda Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts Gin
  • 2 Cucumber Slices
  • 10 Cilantro Leaves
  • 1/2 Part Lime Juice
  • 1 Part Agave Nectar

Directions:

Muddle the cucumber and cilantro in a shaker.  Add lime juice, agave nectar, and gin.  Add ice and strain into a martini cocktail glass.

43.) Blackphire Martini Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 1/2 Part St-German Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 Part Monin Blackberry Syrup
  • 1 Part Pineapple-Infused Vodka
  • 3/4 Part Lime Juice
  • Dry Ice Pellets and 2 Fresh Blackberries (for garnish)

Directions:

Mix first four ingredients in a pint glass.  Fill with ice and top with lime juice.  Shake and strain into a martini cocktail glass.  Garnish with dry ice pellets and blackberries.

44.) Sapphire Martini Kawili

Ingredients:

  • 2 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • Salt and Pepper to Rim Martini Cocktail Glass
  • 2 Lemon Wedges
  • 12 Blueberries
  • 10 Sage Leaves
  • 3/4 Part Sage-Infused Honey
  • Sage Leaf and Blueberry (for garnish)

Directions:

Rim martini cocktail glass with salt and pepper.  Muddle all ingredients in a mixer glass and shake.  Double-strain ingredients into a martini cocktail glass.  Garnish with a sage leaf anchored by a blueberry.

45. Sailor's Sapphire Martini Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • Cinnamon, Raw Sugar, and Salt Mixture (for rimming)
  • Pinch Cilantro
  • 1 Slice Cactus Pear
  • 1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 Part Sour Mix
  • 1/2 Part Club Soda

Directions:

Rim Martini cocktail glass with cinnamon, raw sugar, and salt mixure.  In a shaker, muddle cilantro and cactus pear.  Add agave nectar, sour mix, club soda, gin, and ice.  Shake 20 times and strain into a martini cocktail glass.
