5 Minute Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

This is a simple and easy to make cobbler. While my personal favorite is blueberry, you can use any other fruit to make this delicious dessert. Strawberries work quite well, as do cherries, raspberries, and blackberries. Try out whichever fruit you want to make a delicious and simple fruit dessert!

Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1 and 1/4 Cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Milk
  • 3 Cups Blueberries
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Pour melted butter into an 8 inch square baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine and beat Bisquick, sugar, and milk.
  4. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the butter in the baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle the blueberries or other fruit over the mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
