Great recipe! I used whole wheat bread, extra garlic and 1/2 cup of fresh grated Parmesan in the spinach stuffing. I didn't have any of the McCormicks seasoning so I used kosher salt and pepper and fresh thyme on top of the roast before adding the bacon. I can't wait to make it again...Thanks.

Is there a barbequed version of the stuffed wrapped pork roast, not just with BBQ sauce but cooked on the BBQ too?
