A simple yet tasty bread recipe

A simple yet tasty bread toast, cooks fast

All you need to prepare this simple bread recipe is a

Bread slices (sandwich or milk) but I usually prefer using Milk bread because it tastes good.

A medium sized onion.

Two or three green chilies

One or two garlic cloves, it’s optional to use

A bunch of coriander leaves, even this is optional, but it tastes good

Pinch of salt to taste and --------nothing.

How to prepare it:

First cut the onions into pieces then put the onions, green chilies, garlic clove, coriander leaves and salt in a grinder jar or blender, now grind it, it need not be grinded till it gets paste, it can be somewhat raw anyway I leave it to your choice.

The next step is taking some oil, while I use ground nut or refined oil; I think you can best decide about it. Apply oil on one side of the bread slice, now after applying oil; finely spread the coarsely grind paste evenly on the bread slice. You can spread the grinded paste on both sides of the bread slice; it’s your choice again.

The next step is roasting the bread on a frying pan on two sides of the bread until the bread turns golden yellow color. I think it will be easy to decide when to remove it from the stove.

The next step nothing take it off from the stove serve it in plate, if you cant resist your temptation you can either have it the moment its taken off from the pan.

But let me also tell you one thing even thought it’s easy to prepare and the preparation time is also pretty much less, but when you are doing it for the first time be little bit patient. Try it’s not a big deal.
