Asian Style Shrimp Salsa

I love shrimps but one of my favorite ways to eat them is cocktail style but most places I go to get the shrimp cocktails all make them the same way so today I am going to turn my shrimp cocktail in to a salsa and it's going to have a little Asian feel to it so come on and follow me wile I prepare this tasty treat.

Asian Style Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients

1 10oz can of chunk-ed pineapple - rough chopped in to bite size pieces, save e juice

1 small can of pineapple juice

1/4 cup of mango preserves

1 tablespoon of finely chopped sweet white onions

1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger grated

1/3 teaspoon of smoked black pepper

1/3 teaspoon of granulated garlic

1/3 teaspoon of sea salt

1/3 teaspoon of red pepper flakes chopped fine- just place on a cutting board and chop it.

1/2 pound of medium fresh shrimp

1 medium red pepper, small diced

Methods

To begin using a medium sauté pan open your pineapple juice add it to your pan on a medium heat when it starts to simmer add your shrimp and let the shrimp simmer until they are lite pink as soon as you see the pink color remove from the pan and lets start to put together the salsa.

Using a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients then mix well chop up your shrimp into small piece add to the bowl and blend in well add t remaining juice from the chunk pineapple can mix again and serve.
