Ask DJ Lyons: How to grill Salmon and Tilapia using Nordic Ware Grill Pan

Do you like grilled Seafood like Salmon and Tilapia?

Do you like grilled Seafood like Salmon and Tilapia?

My husband and I really enjoy grilled seafood. When we grill it outdoors, some of the seafood sometimes falls down among the charcoal embers. As a lovely alternative, grilling seafood indoors never has that pitfall.

The best indoor grill that I have found that cooks both Salmon and Tilapia perfect every time is the Nordic Ware Grill Pan. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. We use it for:

* Grilled Steak

* Grilled Burgers

as well as Grilled Seafood.

Step 1- Spray Butter Spray on Nordic Grill

Spray either Cooking Spray with Olive Oil or Zero Calorie Butter Spray on Nordic Grill.

Once all your ingredients are ready, turn on the heat to high heat. Preheat your grill pan for 1 minute or two. Then place the seafood on the grill. At that point, turn your heat down to medium heat so that the grill does not burn.

Step 2 - Get out your Salmon and Tilapia

Take out either your Salmon or your Tilapie or both from the refrigerator. Open up the pack. Pre-season with zero-calorie buttery spray on both sides.

Please note: I usually do this on the top side while it is still sitting in its packaging. Then I place the seafood top-side down on the grill. Afterward, I spray the bottom side with the buttery spray while the top side is grilling.

I'm going to have a huge recipe book before long because I have to bookmark this one again. They look so nice in your photos too and this adds that finishing touch.

Take care

Eiddwen,

Thanks so much! Yes, I have several cookbooks myself. They are going to get extra thick as I add your yummy-looking recipes as well.

Best wishes to you,
