The best baby care way is to go extra miles for feeding and preparing the right recipes for your loving baby.But before making recipe for your baby, do consult your pediatrician for proper guidance. Because some babies may be allergic to particular types of food and some recipes may induce indigestion.So,it is better to consult your pediatrician before making any of these recipes listed below .

HERE ARE SOME BABY FOOD RECIPES FOR YOUR BABY

 

APPLE PUREE

Apple puree is nutritious and delicious recipe for your baby it tastes awesome and preparing it requires less effort than any other baby recipes .

Best for baby above - 6 months

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 - 4 Apples .
  • A Saucepan .
  • water .
  • Fork or patato masher .

How to make :

  • Wash, peel and core apples. Slice them into 2 to 3 cm cubes
  • Take out a sturdy, medium sized saucepan and place the apples in to it .
  • Fill it with water so that the water and apple ratio is 1 : 2.5.
  • Put in on the stove and leave it at a medium-low heat. Check the apple regularly to check if they need more water, or if they are cooked. It will take around 30-35 minutes
  • Now after cooking them for 30 - 35 min. put of the stove .
  • Use a potato masher or fork to mash the apple into a puree consistency.
  • Place puree in the fridge, and chill until room temperature.

AND NOW APPLE PUREE IS READY FOR YOUR BABY

SOME TIPS:

  • Add some fruits to puree ,stone fruits like peaches, apricots, nectarines etc.

SWEET PATATO PUREE

Sweet patato puree is very nutritious and rich source of vitamin A , beta carotene as well as potassium. They also contain a good amount of Vitamin E, calcium and folate

One good thing about this recipe that single vegetable ingredient is used to prepare it.

Best for baby above - 6 months

INGREDIENTS

  • One sweet patato.
  • Water ( when Needed ).

How to make

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Use a fork to "stab" holes or prick in the sweet potato.
  • bake it for atleast one hour.
  • Remove the potato from the oven and let it cool for about 30 min.
  • Use a peeler and peel the skin off from the potato. Cut the potato in small pieces.
  • Place the pieces in a food processor and puree it.
  • Use water to get the right consistency.

Serve immediately, place it in the refrigerator up to 24 hours, or freeze it up to a month.

APPLE - BANANA PUREE

Fruit purees are healthier as well as cheaper too.

Best for baby between - 4 to 6 months

INGREDIENTS

  • One apple
  • One banana
  • Juice of Orange and cookie (grain).

How to make

  • Peel off the ripe apple.
  • Peel off the ripe banana.
  • Cut banana and apple into small
  • Mix both until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add some orange juice to taste or as required
  • Add a grain cookie it will make puree thicker

PEACH PUREE

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • Over riped peach
  • One cookie (grain cookie)

 

How to make

 

  • Peel the peach.
  • Remove its pit.
  • Cut peach into pieces.
  • Make puree of peach with knife in a bowl.
  • Add cookie (grain) to make Puree thicker.

KIWI PUREE

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Ripe kiwi
  • One cookie (grain cookie)

 

How to make

 

  • Peal off the kiwi.
  • Cut kiwi into pieces.
  • Puree the kiwi with a fork
  • Add cookie to make puree thicker
