This is a great list of bean recipes! I always feel like I have a hard time finding just bean recipes. They seem so under-appreciated, even though they are delicious and have so many wonderful health benefits!

You've presented some great recipes for a tasty diet staple. I have made several types of 'quick bean salads' similar to yours, but your no.1 salad recipe with cucumber sounds quite interesting and I will have to try that one. Thanks for sharing so many varieties of 'bean'!
