 The buffet at Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas brings freshest ingredients together to create an exciting display of taste and talent making it a wonderful experience in Las Vegas. The Buffet incorporates several live-action cooking stations and a superb food quality and presentation not experienced anywhere else in Las Vegas. The best of Italian, Japanese, Chinese and American cuisines are offered daily for guests to choose from. Customers can also enjoy an exquisite champagne brunch on the weekend. Buffet at Bellagio is a non-smoking facility which makes it even more an appropriate place for children.

Dinner at Bellagio buffet cost $36 per adult and is worth every penny. $28 on weekdays.

Buffet at Bellagio Las Vegas is no doubt one of the priciest in town. However, many guests find that its worth the money as they get a wonderful experience tasting flavors of different cuisine. There are different varieties of pastas and Italian pizza from a wood-fired oven giving it a great taste. The cold fish appetizers at the end of the line in the buffet setting are great with a wide variety of options like scallops, smoked salmon, crab claws, shrimp, oysters, and assorted condiments as shown in the picture below. There is also a carving station with roast chicken and roast turkey. The salad bar is great with a sushi bar and a great dessert bar.

Thank you for the photos and the video. Nice effort on the part of the write.

I do not like buffets and hope that we will someday get away from that type of food service. The feel is of being a prisoner on a prison planet standing in a food line with my plate or bowl in my hand.

Old-style cafeteria lines are OK because one generally gets decent food at a reasonable cost for a quick meal on the run.

I truly enjoy table service!
