About the Author
Pacific Northwest Wining and Dining author Braiden Rex- Johnson has been writing about food and wine of this region for many years. She writes a food and wine paring column for Wine Press Norhtwest and contributes to the Seattle Times and Pacific Northwest magazine frequently. She has written for many other publications and is also the author of the Pike Place Market book series. Additionally, Rex-Johnson holds memberships in the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) and the Seattle chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI). She also serves as a judge for the James Beard Foundation.
