This is another really easy to make and delicious soup that everyone loves once they taste it. In this soup you use cantaloupe, strawberries, and coconut.
Your going to need to make this soup in your blender or food processor. This way you can get all of your ingredients pureed up fine. Once I make this soup I like to serve it in chilled soup bowls that I set on a napkin on a chilled saucer. And I always serve Captains Wafers with this delicious soup.
Ingredients For Your Soup
1. Two Cups Chopped Fresh Strawberries.
2. Four Cups Chopped Cantaloupe.
3. One Teaspoon Stevia.
4. One Cup Canned Coconut Milk.
5. One Level Teaspoon Coconut Extract.
Put all of your ingredients into your blender or food processor and puree everything very well together. Now you will want to chill your soup in the refrigerator until it is very cold before you serve it. You can serve it as a soup like I said in chilled bowls or you can drink it like a smoothie. Either way its delicious.

For Your Cantaloupe Strawberry Soup You Will Need
1. 1 Ripe Cantaloupe peeled and seeds removed.
2. 1 Quart Plain Yogurt.
3. 12 Capped Strawberries.
4. 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon for garnish.
5. 1/2 Strawberry to garnish the top of each bowl of soup.
Blend All Your Ingredients Well In A Blender Or Food Processor
You want to place all your ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend or chop very well. You want to make sure everything gets well chopped up. Now place in a plastic container with a lid and chill at least four hours before serving. Really chilling overnight is better if you can.
Be Sure To Chill Your Bowls Before You Serve Your Soup In Them
When your ready to serve take your soup and place it into bowls you have had in the refrigerator for at least four hours. The chilled bowls are very important. Fill your bowls with your soup and sprinkle the top of each bowl of soup with ground cinnamon. Garnish the top of each bowl of soup with half of a strawberry cut in half.
Chilled Cantaloupe Strawberry Soup Is Oh So Delicious
Your probably thinking but I don't think anyone at my house would eat Cantaloupe Strawberry Soup. Well I guarantee you that if you can get a bowl of this soup in front of them they will love it and be trying to get you to make it all the time.
Garnish Your Bowls Of Soup With Strawberries
Kids especially love this soup. Put several split in half strawberries on top of the soup and be sure to serve it in a chilled bowl. I like to serve soups like this in glass bowls because they will chill down a lot faster than bowls made out of other material.
