1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, crumbled

1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

To start off putting this recipe together season the pork chops with salt and smoked pepper now using an iron skillet melt the butter using a medium heat temperature while the butter is heating up take your all-purpose flour and place some I to a glass dish then flour the center cut pork chops make sure to shake off any extra flour then add the center cut pork chops to the skillet and let them brown for about 4 minutes on both sides then remove from the skillet and set the meat on the side because it’s going into the rosemary gravy.

Using that same skillet add your shallots, fresh garlic and rosemary stir them and let them sauté until the shallots start to get soft when they are soft add the tablespoon of all-purpose flour and then mix it in very well for a few minutes then add your vegetable stock ten your milk to the skillet and let the liquid cook so it can thicken up we it thickens up add you center cut pork chops back into the gravy and let them simmer for another 5 minutes then remove the center cut pork chops to a serving platter and drizzle it with the rosemary gravy serve and enjoy.
