"Cheesy Tuna Tetrazinni or Chicken or Turkey Tetrazinni"

Ingredients"

2 can tuna of your choice-or 3-4 cups dice chicken or turkey

16 oz. flat spaghetti or regular spaghetti

1 tsp. salt

1/2 cup onions diced1/2 cup bell pepper diced

1 garlic clove crushed

1/2 cup pimento

1 1/2 provolone cheese grated

1 cup sweet peas

1 cup diced mushroom ( canned)

1/2 stick butter.

1 can mushroom soup

1/2 cup slice black olives ( optional).

1 can milk

1 cup water

2 tsp. sugar

3 Tbs. flour or 2Tbs. cornstarch

2 1/2 tbs. canola or olive oil

Directions to Prepare"

Put pot of water on, when starts to boil put in the spaghetti and salt and cook until done , rinse and drain.

Then in a skillet or pan put in oil and vegetables and saute then flour or corn starch and stir, start slowly adding milk and water to mixture, use all the milk continuously stirring until sauce is thick. Add: your tuna, or chicken, or turkey to sauce and add provolone cheese and stir until all is mixed. pour mixture over spaghetti and mix well. put in over at 400 degrees cook for about 30 minutes. take out and let set for ten minutes and serve with a salad and garlic bread. this a great casserole to add to your recipe collection.
