Chicken Salad with Beans and Corn
This salad is great for a quick meal. You can make it ahead of time, put it on the fridge, and eat it when you are hungry. The cook time may varies, depending on how you make it. It was one of my first salads, and I really enjoy eating such a nutritious meal whenever possible.
- 1 to 2 slices chicken breast
- kidney beans
- carrots, chopped
- tomatoes, chopped
- one fourth (ranch) dressing
- In a large bowl, combine the beans, corns, lettuce, carrots, and tomatoes. Add the chicken breast. Stir in dressing. Ready and serve!
