Chicken Spread | Easy and Yummy Recipe

Sometimes you might be in a dilemma about the breakfast. Your children might get bored with their usual breakfast. Most children prefer non-veg as their favourite food. They need yummy meals. In such situation i think it will be very useful. This spread can be made early and we can keep it inside the refrigerator. This recipe can be made with great ease and it works really well!

Ingredients:

Cooked boneless chicken - 250gm

Potato - 2

Small onion - 3

Mint leaves - 2 strands

Mayonnaise - 3 tbs

Pepper - 1 tbs

Ginger- 1/2 ts

Salt - as required

Method of preparation:

Take a potato and place it in a vessel and boil with water until it is fully cooked.
Meanwhile the cooked chicken has to be minced finely and kept aside. Grind the mint leaves, small onion, ginger, pepper and salt. Grind it two -three times and keep it aside. Peel off the potato and cut into small pieces. Mash the potato by using mixer grinder. We now get a paste and add the minced chicken and other grinded ingredient which is kept aside. Mix it with required mayonnaise and salt. Now the tasty and delicious chicken spread is ready! Spread between bread slices and have it!
