Chocolate Mousse ! A yummy treat!!!

Chocolates are all time favourites ,whether it is chocolate bar ,ice cream ,hot chocolate drinks or mousse or any other dessert .Here is an easy to make recipe of chocolate mousse for every one to make .

Ingredents:-

1. chocolate 150 grams
   
2. coffee powder 1 tablespoon (nescafe or any other available in market not the filter coffee powder)
3. water 2 tablespoons
   
4. eggs 2 separated(york from egg white)
5. Butter 1 tablespoon
6. sugar 50 grams
7. vanilla essence1/2 tsp
   
8. whipped cream for decorating the mousse

• METHOD:---
• Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (the bowl of chocolate placed in a bigger bowl of water )
• now stir in the coffee powder and let both simmer until slightly thick
  
• now remove it from fire and beat egg yolks one by one into the mixture until thick
  
• next beat in the vinilla essence and butter
  
• leave the mixture until tepid (slightly warm)
• now whip the egg white with the sugar until stiff and fold it into the above mixture
  
• pour into glasses and chill for 2 hours,  to set it  to a rich, thick, almost cake like consistency
• garnish it with cherries or strawberry if you wish
