Recipes: Chocolate With Covered Strawberries and condensed milk
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 4 milk cans
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cans of milk cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 boxes of strawberry
- 500 g of chocolate bar
How to Prepare
Just follow these three easy steps.
- Heat the condensed milk, the milk, the cornstarch and the egg yolks. Stir well to avoid lumps.
- After the cream is ready, place on a platter to cool down and put a box of strawberries washed and chopped up by the white cream and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate in double boiler, mix it well with the cream, then place on top of white cream.
- Place another box of chopped strawberries. If desired, scrape off a small bar of 50g of chocolate on top, just to decorate.
- Put in the refrigerator.
