Looks easy and deliciuos! Can you buy actual stew meat or do you just cut up beef chunks or what? Usually I use leftover roast in stew but I'd like an easier solution.

Hi sweetie...you can buy chunks of "stew meat"  season, brown coated with some flour (acts as thickener for a gravy like)and place in crockpot....then enjoy..Thanks for stopping by this old hub....G-Ma :o) Hugs

Hi G-Ma! I'm always looking for crock-pot recipes and this one looks like a winner for beef stew. Simple and easy too. That's always a big plus.

Thanks for sharing!
