The Classics

The Original Classic Martini ( Always 3 parts Gin to 1 Part Vermouth )
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth

"Stir" with ice cubes, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive or a twist of lemon.

Mimosa
2 oz Orange Juice
Sparkling wine, chilled

Garnish:
1 Champagne flute
HOW TO MAKE THE MIMOSA COCKTAIL
Add the orange juice to a Champagne flute.

Fill with sparkling wine.
:
Paloma
2 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila
.5 oz Lime juice
Grapefruit soda

In a Highball glass; Add the tequila and lime juice to the highball glass filled with ice.
Fill with grapefruit soda and stir briefly.
:
Rob Roy
2 oz Scotch whisky
.75 oz Sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
:
Gin Fizz
1 oz Club soda
2 oz Plymouth Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz Simple syrup
1 Egg white (about .5 oz)
Add the club soda to a Fizz or Collins glass and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice for about 10 seconds.
Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake very well.
:
Manhattan
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Sweet vermouth
5 drops Angostura Bitters
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
:
Old Fashion
1 Brown sugar cube
.5 tsp White sugar
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash Regans' Orange Bitters No. 6
.25 oz Cold water
2 oz George Dickel No. 12 Tennessee Whisky (or any American Whiskey)

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass.
Muddle to break down the sugar and stir briefly.
Fill with ice, stir again and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Twist slices of lemon and orange peel over the drink and drop them in.
Double-strain into the prepared glass

Daiquiri
2 oz Dark rum
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Simple syrup
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
:
Gibson
2.5 oz Gin (or vodka)
.5 oz Dry vermouth
Add both ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a whole cocktail onion.

Moscow Mule
2 oz Vodka
3 oz Ginger beer
Juice from half a lime
Add all the ingredients to a Moscow Mule mug or highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
:
Mudslide
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz Milk or cream
1 cup Ice
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the Mudslide into a Martini or Hurricane glass.

If desired, drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Vesper
3 oz Plymouth Gin
1 oz Absolut Vodka
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Twist a slice of lemon peel over the drink, rub along the rim of the glass and drop it in.

Boulevardier
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet vermouth
1.25 oz Rye Whiskey
Add all the ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir to combine.
Garnish with an orange twist.
To serve the drink up, add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.

Variation of the Martini
2 oz Bacardi orange rum
1/4 oz extra dry vermouth
1 twist orange peel

Scofflaw
2 oz Bourbon or rye whiskey
1 oz Dry vermouth
.25 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Grenadine
2 dashes Orange bitters
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Dark and Stormy
1.5 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
Stormy Ginger Beer or other ginger beer
Fill a tall glass with ice and add the rum.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

Drambuie Rusty Nail
1 oz Drambuie
1 oz Dewars White Label Scotch Whiskey
Add both ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir.

Sunset Martini

1 1/2 oz Bacardi orange rum

3 oz lemonade

Shake with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Fruit Blast Martini Cocktail recipe

1 oz Bacardi Tropico rum
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a strawberry.

Tango Martini Cocktail recipe

2 oz Bacardi orange rum
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz pineapple juice
1 splash cranberry juice
1 orange

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Squeeze orange juice into the bottom of the glass, and garnish with a twist of orange.

Fuzzy Martini recipe
2 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
1 slice peach

Combine vodka and schnapps over lots of ice. Stir and pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh slice of peach
:
Mad Russian
1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
5 - 6 oz milk

Fill glass with ice, add 1 shot each of vodka and Kahlua and 1/2 shot each of Baileys and butterscotch and fill with milk. Shake or stir.

Chocolate Black Russian recipe
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz vodka
5 oz chocolate ice cream

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute and serve.
:
Flaming Black Russian
1/2 oz Blavod vodka
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 splash Bacardi 151 rum

Slowly layer the alcohols in this order: Kahlua, Irish cream, vodka and 151. Light the shot if desired. The Kahlua should stay at the bottom and be the last part you taste.
:
Smooth Black Russian
1 shot vodka
1 shot Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 dash Coca-Cola
1 dash beer

Pour vodka in glass followed by the Kahlua. Add the dash of coke (to taste) and stir. Top up the glass with beer and serve.
:
Fuzzy Russian
1/2 shot Skyy vodka
1/2 shot peach schnapps

Mix both ingredients in a shot glass. Tilt head back. Swallow.
:
Classic Shirley Temple - Spiked or as some call it "A Dirty Shirley"
25 oz Grenadine
Ginger ale, 7UP or Sprite
add 1 1/2 ounce of vodka
stir, then pour over ice cubes
Garnish:
1 Maraschino cherry
Lemon wedge

Fill a Hurricane or Collins glass with ice and add the grenadine and vodka.
Stir. Fill with ginger ale, 7UP or Sprite. Stir again; then garnish with a maraschino cherry and lemon wedge.
:
Pina Colada
2 parts rum
1 1/2 parts fresh coconut water
1 part fresh pineapple juice
3-4 chunks of fresh pineapple
2 tsp caster sugar
Slice of pineapple and pineapple leaf

Place the pineapple chunks into a cocktail shaker and crush them lightly (using a muddler or bar spoon). Then pour in the pineapple juice and coconut water and stir it all up to dissolve the sugar before pouring in the BACARDÍ Superior rum. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake until it’s frosted. Next pour the mix into a tall glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and leaf.

Bloody Mary

A Bloody Mary is a cocktail containing vodka, tomato juice, and combinations of other spices and flavorings including Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, beef consommé or bouillon, ...
Main alcohol: Vodka
Ingredients: Worcestershire Sauce, Pepper, More
Preparation: Add dashes of Worcestershire Sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper into highball glass, then pour all ingredients into highball with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with celery stalk and lemon wedge (optional).
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice.
Standard garnish: Celery stalk or dill pickle spear
Drinkware: Highball glass

Rum Punch For A Crowd
1 cup fresh lime juice
2 cups grenadine syrup
2 cups Jamaican white rum
1 cup light rum
2 cups fresh pineapple juice
2 cups fresh orange juice
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg, optional
Orange slices, for garnish
Pineapple slices, for garnish

Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher or punch bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with orange or pineapple slices.
