About the Authors
Chef Jennifer Bucko, MCFE, is the Associate Dean at the Robert Morris College Institute of Culinary Arts, where she also serves as a Chef Instructor. Her work history includes experience as the Executive Chef for the MarketPlace Food Store in Chicago.
Lara Rondinelli, RD, LDN, CDE works as the Diabetes Center Coordinator at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where she also works as an instructor. She is actively involved with the American Diabetes Association, the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and the American Dietetic Association.
