A quick way to making a good roast

Anyone that knows me, know that I like to cook super simple, because I believe you can cook great food really simple and still get that rich flavor that your looking for. Cooking good food dose not mean adding a whole lot of seasoning and ingredients so it can taste great sometimes by doing that you just over power the product your working on, And that's how I feel about beef the simpler the better so that you can get that flavor that's already in the beef. So what I'm going to show you is how to use 4 ingredients to and 15 minutes to make a perfect and tasty top round of beef.

Top Round Of Beef

 Ingredients

1 cup of worcestershire sauce

2 pounds of top round steak

1 tablespoon of salt

1 tablespoon of pepper

2 tablespoons of granulated garlic

Method

Marinate the steak in Worcestershire sauce for 45 minutes till 1hour, then you can drain and season with the salt, pepper and garlic.

Broil and grill the steak for about 15 minutes to make it medium rare, let the steak rest for 10 minutes to hold in the juices then slice and splash with a little more worcestershire sauce then serve,,,,,,,,,,Super simple plus great taste with only 15 minutes of cooking time,

Now, there's a suggestion after my own heart, except that I marinate mine a lot longer than three quarters of an hour. I actually prefer properly done round to the far more expensive cuts of steak.

Attikos I agree with you on the marinade but it dose say a quick top round of beef so saying that I had to adjust that marinading time but believe me the flavor is there, thanks for your comments and please try it and follow up with me on it.
