If you want a really marvelous chili recipe then this copycat recipe for Disney Mom's Chili Recipe is one of the best recipes for chili that you will ever eat. It is a hot chili though you can leave out some of or all of the jalapenos though you will be missing part of this great recipe if you do.

For your Copycat Disney Mom's Chili Recipe you will be needing.

1. 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil.

2. 1/4 Cup Of Cleaned Red Bell Pepper Diced Fine.

3. 1/4 Cup Of Cleaned Green Bell Pepper Diced Fine.

4. 1/4 Cup Of Diced Fine Sweet Purple Onion.

5. 1/4 Cup Of Diced Fine Celery.

6. 1/4 Cup Of Diced Fine Carrots.

7. 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Garlic.

8. 1 Cup Of Whole Kernel Sweet Corn.

9. 1/4 Cup Of Sliced Button Mushrooms.

10. 1 28 Ounce Can Diced Tomatoes.

11. 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder.

12. 1 Teaspoon Thyme.

13. 1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

14. 1 Teaspoon Oregano.

15. 1 Teaspoon Cumin.

16. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.

17. 1/8 Cup Fine Diced Jalapeno Peppers.

18. 1/4 Cup Of Tomato Paste.

19. 6 Cups of Chicken Broth.

20. 1/2 Cup Great Northern Beans.

21. 1/2 Cup Of Pinto Beans.

22. 1/2 Cup of White Kidney Beans.

23. 1/2 Cup of Red Kidney Beans.

24. 1/2 Cup Of Black Beans.

25. 1 Pound Browned Hamburger well drained.

26. 1 Pound Browned Ground Pork well drained.

Your beans here are already cooked and from cans.

You will want to add 1-9 to a sauté pan and cook until your vegetables are cooked and tender. Once your vegetables are cooked and tender you will want to add all your ingredients to a large stock pot and bring to a boil.

Then reduce your heat to a medium low and cook for an hour stirring often to make sure your chili does not stick. If your chili gets to thick add more chicken broth.

When your chili is done and you are ready to serve your Copycat Recipe for Disney Mom's Chili then you will want to cook a package of angel hair pasta by package directions. Once cooked you will want to add a small serving of your angel hair pasta in the bottom of a bowl and then add a generous ladle of the chili to each bowl. Top each bowl of chili with sour cream and fine chopped cilantro.

Awesome hub! Love the covert chef's command to post a comment!,) not that I'm intimidated,0)... but I had to comment since Chilli is one of my favorite dishes!except every time I make it-it's too hot to share with friends and family so I end up with plenty leftovers.Next Time I will try you proportions!
