Couch's Cheesecake Martini

"I love cheesecake. Like absolutely love cheesecake. I just can't stop eating it. So when I found a bottle of Daily's Cheesecake Mix deep in the ghetto of Muskegon, MI, I was very excited. The stuff is amazing. And mixing drinks with it couldn't be easier. However, finding it on a regular basis has proven to be near impossible. So for those of you who can't find it and don't feel like throwing some New York Cheesecake in a blender to try to capture that taste, I present the Cheesecake Martini." ~Couch

Things you will need.

  • chilled martini glass
  • lemon slice or lemon juice
  • sugar
  • strawberry syrup
  • 1 part Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
  • 1/2 part Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/4 part Frangelico (Hazelnut liqueur)
  • 1/4 part Amaretto (Almond liqueur)
  • 1 part French Vanilla Creamer
  • splash of Cranberry juice
  • maraschino cherry

Step 1 - Chill the martini glass and rim with lemon wedge and sugar.

Step 2 - Drizzle strawberry syrup lightly across the inside of the glass. And drop a cherry into the bottom of the glass. This creates a great aftertaste when you finish the drink.

Step 3 - Shake the liquors and creamer with ice and strain into the martini glass.

Step 4 - Enjoy.

Variations - Pinnacle also makes a cherry whipped, chocolate whipped, and key lime whipped vodka. All of these will mix well into this drink and add a flavored twist to your cheesecake martini. You can also substitute chocolate or caramel syrup for the strawberry syrup or use no syrup at all.

Wow, this looks delicious! A bit dangerous in my hands, but I'll definitely have to try it!
