Crab and Tomato Soup - Ingredients and Method of Preparation
Crab and Tomato Soup is a wonderful Soup loved by non vegetarians. The ingredients and method of preparation of this Soup is given below.
Ingredients of Crab and Tomato Soup
- 250 grams Cooked Crab Meat
- 250 grams Chopped Tomatoes
- 100 grams fresh corn kernels
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp scraped Carrot (optional)
- 1 tsp cooked green Peas (optional)
- 500 ml Chicken Stock
- 50 grams Butter
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Melt the Butter in a Kadai and fry the Onion till it is soft. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add Corn Kennels, scraped Carrot and cooked green peas. Add the rest of the ingredients except coriander leaves and cover the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove from Stove and add coriander leaves. Mix well and serve hot in soup bowls.
