Cranberry and prune juice
This deep red delicious juice is bursting with goodness. There is masses of vitamin C in cranberries and some in the prunes and they both contain specific nutrients which help regulate the bowels and protect against urinary infections. They are also both among the top ten foods which have been proved to neutralise free radicals in the body and protect against ageing, heart disease, cancer and other degenerative conditions. (Serves 4)
Cranberry juice: 500ml
Prune juice: 500ml
Fresh mint sprigs: 4
In a large jug, mix the juices together well / Serve with a sprig of mint in each glass.
This juice is equally delicious hot or cold and could easily be taken to work or school in a vacuum flask.
