We all know how is baking made, yet fine tuning the techniques used can let you elaborate your way to baking, the way that makes your family and friends love you.

Sweet Potato Pastry
1 cup ------ Sweet Potato, mashed and warm
1 ---------- Egg
6-7 cups---- Flour
2 cup ------ Curdled Milk
1/4 cup ---- Vegetable oil
3 TSP ------ Butter, heated then left to cool
1/4 cup ---- Sugar
2 packets -- Instant Yeast
1/2 TSP ---- Salt
- Mix mashed potatoes with egg, curdled milk, sugar, yeast, oil and butter
- To this mixture, ad 1 cup of flour and mix
- Add salt and mix well
- Add the rest of flour and mix
- Get a consistent paste and leave for leavening until size is doubled
- Divide the dough into 2 portions, and form each one into 8 balls
- Cover for 20 minutes, and preheat the oven 10 minutes before baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- You can them in the freezer and when needed heat for 5 minute after covering with foil
Filled Pastry Baking Using Waffle Maker
You can use any pastry dough you like to fill with chicken and vegetables.
1- Preparing first portion of filling material
- Dry onions and hot chillies in a little oil and then add small chicken fillet cubes
- Leave chicken cubes to dry and then add 1 cube food stock, salt and spices
- Add chopped coriander and coriander and mix
- Remove heat and add 1 TBS mayonnaise and liquid cheese
2- Preparing second portion of filling material
- Cut lettuce, green sweet peppers, and pickled cucumber into longitudinal slices
- Grate carrots
- Press the dough for thinning, and cut into circles that fit into the waffle maker
- Put every circle in the waffle maker and close it
, until the dough is cooked and take care
- Fill the the pies, put chicken, then lettuce, cucumber and carrots
