Cucumber Salad


INGREDIENTS:


2 cucumbers (sliced thin)

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup white vinegar

1 tsp. salt

black pepper (a dash)

2 tbsp. fresh dill (or 1 tbsp. dill weed)

1 onion (sliced)


DIRECTIONS:


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, the pour over cucumbers and onion. Toss lightly and chill for two hours. Enjoy!
