Lassi (pronounced as Luh-see) is a milder variant of curd, in the sense that it’s mixed with water in liberal quantities thus reducing some of the powerful effects of pure curd. Ayurveda mentions of problems of consuming curd in pure form. Ayurveda suggests blending curd with water and to the format of lassi, which aids digestion and also prevents creation of digestive toxins. This could be consumed on a daily basis and is healthy.
