Desserts for 1-2

easy easy easy

Take rice cakes...any flavor will do..

Spread cream cheese on one and place fresh strawberries on top (sliced) and a swish of whipped cream.

Or use a scoop of ice cream with a favorite topping.

You can put peanut butter on first then some slices of banana.

Let's see how about whipped cream with coconut on top?

Or still your favorite soft cheese with grapes.

You can put instant pudding on top with a piece of fruit.

Soft cheese with a homemade marmalade.

Thanks for the ideas!  I grew up in a big family so I'm still trying to learn how to cook for only one or two people. You'd think It'd be an easy change, but a lifetime habit is hard to break.
