Bread has been one of the most popular foods throughout the generation of mankind. However, the bread we eat today is leavened bread which is made from dough with a raising agent to give its light texture. Throughout the distant past, people used to eat unleavened bread which was made with grain paste.

White bread is the most common variety of bread from all types of bread. This type of bread can be given a number of ingredients such as seeds, vegetable flour and herbs and is made into different shapes, sizes and textures.

Rye bread is a type of bread that is made from what flour and rye. Rye bread was made in Europe with a number of different styles and shapes. Darker versions of rye bread have a higher amount of rye flour and rye meal with a stronger flavor.

Fruit bread is a type of bread that contains fruits as ingredients. Some popular fruits chosen for the fruit bread are usually dates, oranges, orange peel, apricots, currants and raisins. Otherwise, there is nothing much else to know about the fruit bread.
